In the location of \u2018Sidiniko\u2019 where the village of Rodia borders the plateau and water runs abundant, our beloved ancestors built a beautiful, traditional watermill. Eight years later our parents took over the business and this signified a tremendous change in terms of more modern flour processing. They started using the so-called \u2018burata\u2019, the sifting of flour and its detraction from wheat bran.<\/p>\n<p>In 2000 we originally started our contemporary <strong>cylinder wheat flour milling<\/strong> business with <strong>2 silos<\/strong> in the previously mentioned location. Further on, we established a <strong>five-storey<\/strong> <strong>state-of-the-art<\/strong> <strong>wheat<\/strong> <strong>flour milling<\/strong> machine. It includes <strong>10 robot-cylinders<\/strong> for packaging and operates according to all technical requirements, performance requirements, thereby the quality of the flour processed in this way is of the highest standards. Our 2 <strong>state-of-the-art<\/strong> <strong>milling machines<\/strong>, with 2 production lines and the ability to process <strong>170 tons<\/strong> of <strong>wheat flour<\/strong> a day were constructed by the most prominent flour processing equipment manufacturers in the world.<\/p>\n<p>The maintenance of our raw material, the wheat, is assisted through ventilation in our silos whenever deemed necessary and the wheat is also measured in calories. After they have been sifted and thoroughly checked, they are finally made available to consumers.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, the technology and expertise applied in conjunction with the best <strong>wheat<\/strong> harvested from the fertile soil of <strong>western Macedonia<\/strong> have established us as a highly competitive <strong>wheat flour<\/strong> manufacturing business.
